Basic Bignners Yoga

If you're new to yoga, it's good to sign up for a class so you can learn good form to train the body and mind to self observe and become aware of their own nature.

Kids Yoga

Yoga helps strengthen children's growing bodies and helps them improve their flexibility, which can reduce their chance of injury. Yoga teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity.

Advance yoga

Advanced yoga poses offer a deeper challenge, enhancing strength, flexibility, and mental focus.These Advanced Classes are designed for students who want to challenge themselves with strong practices involving balance, inversions, arm balances and core strength. These classes are not suitable for beginners.

Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a complete system of wellbeing which includes asana (movement & poses); pranayama (breathwork); pratyahara (inner awareness); dharana & dhyana (meditative techniques); mudras (seals); bandhas (locks); kriyas (cleansing); nada (sound) and bhava (focussed intention)

Pre-Natal & Post Natal Yoga

Prenatal and postnatal yoga are two of the most beneficial things a woman can do for herself and her baby during pregnancy. Yoga helps to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy, improve sleep, and increase energy levels. It also helps to prepare the body for labor and childbirth.

Weight Loss Yoga

Yoga can help with weight loss by promoting mindfulness, boosting metabolism, reducing stress, improving strength and flexibility, balancing hormones, and increasing mind-body awareness. Specific Yoga poses like Surya Namaskar, Warrior Poses are very effective for weight loss.

Meditation & Pranayama

Meditation allows your brain to learn at its own pace how to be present in the here and now and how to extend that awareness to everyday activities.
The slow deep breathing in Pranayama relaxes the mind and may reduce stress stimuli for asthma which in turn may reduce asthma attacks. Pranayama may clear airway secretions and increase lung compliance. It may enhance respiratory muscle function during breathing, thus strengthening them.
